IP Telephony (Internet Telephony)

InnoVita' Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution is based on software developed on top of open source software such as Asterisk, quality VoIP servers from various vendors and VoIP phones or analog adaptor. We offer two type of services:

1. Virtual PBX. With this service small companies do not need to buy, host and maintain expensive phone systems. With broadband connection company employees in multiple locations can be inter-connected through a VoIP server hosted by us. Benefits with this service are

  • Reduce costs. Your company do not need to invest a large sum of money on hardware and software, and no employee is needed to be trained to maintain a phone system. A receptionist is not needed for answering incoming calls.
  • Get a professional presence. We can set up the PBX system to meet your company's requirements. The PBX can greet your callers with a custom, professional business greeting every time they call. They'll know your company is a real, solid business.

2, Standalone PBX Server. With as low as $995 we will install and configure a enterprise-class telephone system termed Standard PBX Server for your company. Once it is configured, the PBX server is very easy to administer using web-based administrative interface. This server is equipped to handle unlimited IP telephone extensions internally while external PSTN termination is provided through up to twelve (12) analog telephone (FXS) or analog POTS line (FXO) ports. The server has a variety of useful features such as: Auto-Attendant, Music-on-Hold, Schedulers, Enhanced Voicemail, Voicemail as Email Attachments, Support for analog phones, Support for cordless phones, Message Waiting Indicator, MS Outlook integration, One Touch Voice-Mail Retrieval, Dial-by-name-Directory, Telecommuter Access and Call Transfer. If your company runs a call center, a more advanced system termed PBX Server Call Center Edition can be installed and configured.
